ORDERING, DELIVERY & PAYMENT
Lyn and I have sat down and tried to make the process as easy as possible for ordering, delivery and payment. The process we have been using since 2018, or there abouts, we’ve found works best with our customers from their feedback so we have stuck with it without any problems thus far.
As I try to plan on having minimum stocks, it means that deliveries are roughly 3 days after the orders are placed. I carry minimum of basic stocks so I get to check the available quality of supplies often, from my suppliers. By doing this I have worked out that I can get my hands on the latest available overseas bulk deliveries and my suppliers know me well now, so they put aside the best quality for me and my customers.

Ordering…
Place your orders via:
WhatsApp, Text, Messenger or by Phone.

1… After making your selections, use the above methods to place your order
2… Record Item #, Product Name and Quantity Required with KG or EACH
3… Add your Delivery Address and Reachable Contact Phone Number, in case we need to clarify your order details.
4… We will confirm your order received with approximate Cost and Delivery Date/Day (around 3 days) and approximate Time. If you donot hear from us, please contact us again.
Delivery Example…
If an order is placed on Monday, then the delivery will be by either the third day, Wednesday/Thursday or a day/time stipulated. Often, Customers order early in the week for a Friday/Saturday delivery as it may suit their situation better.
